The Cyber Bullying Page was Removed!

In less than 12 hours it was taken down. We all recognize this is just a taste of the many many many pages out there. Our hope is to stay vigilant and protect the young people that have been targeted. Sadly the admin from the prior page “Chico Exposed” has created a new page:  “https://www.facebook.com/pages/Chico-on-Blast-2/1411244445784251. Hope I can ask for your help again in reporting to FB about them. Remember they will tell you the page does not meet standards to be removed, then you will need to fill out feedback as to why you disagree. The more we can discourage these folks from posting harmful things, the more we can get on top of this. Thanks again for your help.

Help Stop Cyber Bullying

My community is very important to me. As are the youth that I work with on a daily basis. A co-worker shared a disgusting page on Facebook, and I have made it a mission to get it removed. But I need your help. Please visit:  https://www.facebook.com/exposingchico from your Facebook account and report this page. Upon doing so, you will get a message from Facebook telling you that the page doesn’t meet the requirements to be removed. But as you can see, it clearly does. Facebook offers an option of giving feedback to the outcome of the report. I used that opportunity to say, hey man, it is clearly cyber bullying. You also have the option of reporting each post individually. If you have the time to do it, that would be amazing. If you don’t, I know that the more people I can get spamming the hell out of Facebook to get this page deleted, Facebook will eventually listen. I know a large portion of the children being targeted on this page, and know that they are devastated by the things that are being said. We cannot control other people’s actions. But if we can change our actions, and stick together to help stop things like this, we can protect the future of our world by protecting our children. Thanks for your help.
